February Classes are ON!
Lila Bee will be teaching through February and March – take advantage of her 20 years of Coaching Experience and accomplish your next BIG body goals!
Classes to choose from:
- Cyr Wheel: Level 1 & 2, using Sam Tribble’s Progressive Axis Training Technique, your skills will soar!
- Trampoline & Tumbling: From Basics to Advanced skills, get your tumble on!
- Flexibility: Have you always wanted to get your splits? Do you want to improve your back bend? Come join us for a flexy-good time!
- Juggling on Monday Nights! 7-9pm. $5 drop-in all through February! We will have various PRO jugglers around to teach you all the things you’ve ever wanted to learn in juggling!
- Acro-Jam Fridays! Drop in and play with partner acrobatics and group counterbalancing fun!!!!
- Open Spin & Open Gyms: Come and play! Open Spin is for Cyr Wheel ONLY. Open Gym is open to Cyr Wheel AND anyone wanting to just play and learn!
